Our state-of-the-art Porsche, Volkswagen, and Audi diagnostic scan tools enable us to perform the same accurate repairs, guided fault finding and module coding that in the past could only be carried out by expensive authorized dealerships. Our Master ASE certified technicians have the training and experience to diagnose your vehicle correctly and get the job done right… the first time! We work closely with our customers, relaying information directly from our technicians and providing a complete understanding of work required or preventative maintenance suggested. We are always available to take pictures of the specific failure/fault, and generally can walk our customers out to the workshop and show first hand our particular findings. It’s much easier to show rather than just tell. Our customers truly appreciate the confidence we can inspire through visual explanations. We also work closely with other independent “specialty” shops in the area to diagnose, program and repair vehicles when it is out of their scope and ability.

One of our highest priorities is to best accommodate our customers’ schedules and needs. You will always find us working late hours to complete repairs accurately and on-time. We always follow up with customers via email even in the late evening and early morning hours to ensure there is no lack of communication and obtain complete satisfaction possible. If you need to drop off your vehicle after hours, we have a secure key drop in our front office door that is completely protected. Additionally, for the safety of our customers and their vehicles, our parking area is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance. If you are scheduling to bring in your vehicle during the day, we have a working relationship with a local car rental agency that offers a great low daily rate. Or if you prefer to wait for your vehicle, we have a spacious, clean and comfortable waiting area with television and guest WiFi where you can enjoy complimentary chilled water, coffee, cocoa and snacks.
